1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your pasta (e.g., Spaghetti, Penne Rigate) arrives damaged, broken, or with quality issues (e.g., mold, off odor).
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., Fusilli instead of Vermicelli).
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (450g packs).

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences, as our pasta is a perishable food item.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging).

  4. Ship Back: Send the product to our address (listed below) using a tracked courier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the issue is our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection: We’ll verify the product’s condition within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Options:
    • Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) for damaged/defective items or incorrect orders.
    • Replacement: If preferred, we’ll send a replacement pack (e.g., 450g Conchiglie) at no extra cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to moisture).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return Shipping: You cover return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, where we’ll reimburse reasonable costs.
